Building for a Type “8” Figure
Having a Type “8” Figure means you have voluptuous hips and thighs and a large bust, which is a very sought after look these days! But it also means you may have excess fat in these areas. Below you will find exercises to help you build and tighten your gorgeous curvy figure 8 body!
When preforming these exercises keep in mind that you are trying to BUILD muscle! That means the weight you are using should be challenging. We recommend 8-10 reps of each exercise (a set) and preform each set 3 times.
