Building An Upper Body for a Type “V” Figure
Having a Type “V” figure means you have beautiful broad well defined shoulders and a smaller framed lower body which is making your body look like the shape of an “V”. Below you will find exercises to help you build your upper body to enhance that beautiful Type “V” figure.
When preforming these exercises keep in mind that you are trying to BUILD muscle! That means the weight you are using should be challenging. We recommend 8-10 reps of each exercise (a set) and preform each set 3 times.
