Building An Upper Body for a Type “A” Figure
Having a Type “A” Figure means you have voluptuous hips and thighs which is a very sought after look these days! But it also means you have a smaller framed upper body which is making your body look like the shape of an “A”. Below you will find exercises to help you build your upper body to create the illusion of having a figure 8 body type.
When preforming these exercises keep in mind that you are trying to BUILD muscle! That means the weight you are using should be challenging. We recommend 8-10 reps (a set) and preform each set 3 times.
