Building An Upper and Lower Body and Toning Abs for a Type “H” Figure
Having a Type “H” Figure means you have a very straight figure with no well defined waist, which is making your body look like the shape of an “H”. Below you will find exercises to help you build your upper and lower body and exercises to tone your stomach!
When preforming these exercises keep in mind that you are trying to BUILD muscle! That means the weight you are using should be challenging. We recommend 8-10 reps (a set) and preform each set 3 times.
