Building An Upper Body for a Type “V” Figure
Having a Type “V” Figure means your shoulders are visually wider than the hips. Bust is usually larger with shorter waist, high narrow hips and longer legs. Derriere is usually flat. Legs are normally thin. Tummy may become more prominent than bust over time giving a barrel-shaped appearance. Initial weight gain is in the upper torso area. Below you will find exercises to help you build your upper body to enhance that gorgeous “V” shape!
When preforming these exercises keep in mind that you are trying to BUILD muscle! That means the weight you are using should be challenging. We recommend 8-10 reps (a set) and preform each set 3 times.
