Building A Lower Body for a Type “A” Figure
Having a Type “A” Figure means you have voluptuous hips and thighs which is a very sought after look these days! Below you will find exercises to help you build your lower body to enhance your beautiful Type “A” figure.
When preforming these exercises keep in mind that you are trying to BUILD muscle! That means the weight you are using should be challenging. We recommend 8-10 reps (a set) and preform each set 3 times.
