Reducing a Type “H” Figure

Having a Type “H” Figure means your body is visually straight up and down without a clearly defined waist. Your thighs and derriere are usually flat. Legs may be longer. Bust may be average to larger. Waist is usually thicker. Initial weight gain appears through the middle-waist and tummy expands before the thighs and lower hips. Below you will find exercises to help you reduce excess fat and tone your stomach to enhance your beautiful type “H” body!.

These are recommended cardio routines and exercises, the length you will be able to perform them will vary depending on your current level of fitness. For someone who is jut starting off, perform 20-30 minutes of cardio or 1-2 sets of the exercises below. As your fitness level increases, you will be able to extend the time/sets.
