Having a Type “V” Figure means your shoulders are visually wider than the hips. Bust is usually larger with shorter waist, high narrow hips and longer legs. Derriere is usually flat. Legs are normally thin. Tummy may become more prominent than bust over time giving a barrel-shaped appearance. And Initial weight gain is in the upper torso area.

Here we will teach you how to tighten and tone your muscles and reduce weight in your trouble area (your tummy, chest and back) to emphasize that beautiful “V” Figure!

These are recommended cardio routines and exercises, the length you will be able to perform them will vary depending on your current level of fitness. For someone who is jut starting off, perform 20-30 minutes of cardio or 1-2 sets of the exercises below. As your fitness level increases, you will be able to extend the time/sets.
