Toning a Type “8” Figure
Having a Type “8” Figure means your body is curvy and perfectly balanced, which is a very sought after look these days! But it also means that you may be carrying extra weight or find it harder to tone all the areas that give you those curves, like you hips, thighs, back, underarms and chest. Here we will teach you how to tighten and tone that beautiful “8” Figure!
When preforming these exercises keep in mind that you are trying to TIGHTEN and TONE your muscles, so be prepared to do many reps of each exercise! We recommend 10-15 reps (a set) and preform each set 3 times.
