Toning a Type “H” Figure

Having a Type “H” Figure means your body is visually straight up and down without a clearly defined waist. Your highs and derriere are quite often flat. And initial weight gain usually appears through the middle-waist and tummy expands before the thighs and lower hips. Here we will teach you how to tone and tightening your stomach to help define a waist and how to build your upper and lower body to create definition and shape. Both of these will enhance your beautiful “H” Figure!

When preforming these exercises keep in mind that you are trying to TIGHTEN and TONE your muscles, so be prepared to do many reps of each exercise! We recommend 10-15 reps (a set) and preform each set 3 times.
