Toning a Type “V” Figure
Having a Type “V” Figure means your shoulders are visually wider than your hips and initial weight gain is in the upper torso area. Here we will teach you how to tighten and tone you upper body to enhance that beautiful “V” Figure!
When preforming these exercises keep in mind that you are trying to TIGHTEN and TONE your muscles, so be prepared to do many reps of each exercise! We recommend 10-15 reps of each exercise (a set) and preform each set 3 times.
