Toning a Type “A” Figure
Having a Type “A” Figure means you have voluptuous hips and thighs which is a very sought after look these days! But it also means that this is the area of your body where you may carry extra weight or find it harder to tone than other areas of your body. Here we will teach you how to tighten and tone that beautiful “A” Figure!
When preforming these exercises keep in mind that you are trying to TIGHTEN and TONE your muscles, so be prepared to do many reps of each exercise! We recommend 10-15 reps of each exercise (a set) and preform each set 3 times.
